My name is Tessa Sabrina Robin Bil. I am a director, writer and producer.
Whatever Films is my own company through which I produce unique films, that not only provide entertainment, but that also incite the viewer to reflect. The stories find their basis in everyday life, with a rich source of undiscovered beauty and fascinating characters. Recognizable themes and authentic characters create films that touch the audience and leave a lasting impression.

RECENT WORKS
In 2024, I assembled a team to participate in the 48 Hour Film Competition, for the first time ever. Although I had some experience participating with other teams, this was the first time that I was leading my own team Generator Films while also directing and co-writing. This resulted in the short film "It Won't Perish", which had its premiere in the Kinepolis Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
This succesful participation left me wanting more, and I decided to persuade filmmaking more actively than before. Soon I joined forces with other teams, working together with them on various other additions, to then assemble an "all-star" team, together with key members of teams that I had the honour to work with before.
Under the monniker of
Cat-phrase Productions we teamed up, and created a team combining our joint talents to create the short film
"Kotov Syndrome",
which will premiere in Focus Film Theatre Arnhem.
